Carrot is my friends now...

Carrot now is my friends cause it can make me heal from minus...
You can try that too, just eat it or make a juice from it.
guaranteed step by step you'll have a bright eyes than before...

but it more effecient if you make it as a juice cause it more take less time
to eat it rather than you eat it manually (your jaws will become tired)
buy a blender than slice the carrot into pieces put it to the glass and turn on
the blender... than you'll see a spin tornado in a small sizes (principle is the
same)..

tapi sing dadi bes mekelo ngeletekang, nyanan melombok jus-e
